Manufacturing Skills
The Company is one of the world's largest fabricator of lattice
steel towers with a capacity in excess of 100,000 MT per
annum, the single largest, at one location in India and 100%
Export Oriented Unit (EOU).
Company’s plants incorporate the latest technology for
straightening, drilling, punching by CNC machines and
automatic temperature controlled, hot dipped galvanizing
procedure.
A well planned layout for receiving raw materials
streamlines the production lines, finished yard and the
packing operation being tower wise bundling & containerized
stuffing within the factory premises.
Besides Lattice Steel Towers for Overhead Transmission
Lines, Company could also fabricate and galvanize
communication towers, overhead masts and substation
structures including gantries. This offers to customer a
one-stop solution for all kinds of project requirements.
Fabrication Activity
The state of the art CNC machines operated by qualified and
experienced engineers and technicians ensures quality
punching, drilling, cutting, stamping and fabrication, which
is very important for transmission industry. The same
applies to hydraulic presses and machine tools and fixtures,
furnace to handle plates or angles for bending operations.
Numerous high capacity powerful cranes and pick-n-carry
mobile cranes of different capacities enable smooth material
handling. The machines are equipped to process the steel
conforming to BSEN, ASTM, JIS, DIN, IS, AS & Euronorm
specifications.
Galvanizing Technology
An automatic temperature controlled galvanizing bath size
meeting international standards or customer’s specific
requirements.
Microprocessor controlled galvanizing furnace and the
pre-heating of flux ensures uniform drying and preheating of
steel by oven to give a clear surface finish and at the same
time ensuring uniform zinc coating. The chemicals and wastes
are treated as per environmental standards.
Being the certified ISO 9001 & 14001 company in India with
well-trained staff, well-defined testing equipment and
established quality assurance plan results in quality
products.
Health, Safety& Environment (HSE) initiatives
Company continuously strives to improve the quality of life
by ensuring safety of all the personnel and the environment
at all times. Company have installed an effluent treatment
plant, flux regeneration system, white fume extractor, acid
fume extractor and rain water harvesting in our factories as
well as provided appropriate PPE’s to all workers to ensure
safe working conditions and also help the environment.
Company’s efforts in increasing workers participation in
safety measures, continuous safety training & effective
monitoring has resulted several accolades like Gujarat State
Safety Award and the Certificate of honor by the Gujarat
Safety Council.
