Kalpa-Seva Arogya Kendra  

As part of Corporate Social Responsibility, by opening Kalpa-Seva Arogya Kendra - a Multi Specialty Dispensary the company has done a noble work for the economically poor and needy people of in and around Gandhinagar.

This dispensary with all its ultra modern facilities (X- Ray, Sonography, Dental etc) and latest equipment in its pathological laboratory is very useful in catering to the medical needs of the people. Apart from the facilities, the dispensary has eminent personalities from the medical fraternity of Gandhinagar attending to the basic medical requirements at very nominal cost.

For routine check-ups & health talk from expert, Gynecology Camp for female employees & wives of staff was organized on Oct 8th, 2010.

 

Food Distribution Van

Extended the support for the charitable cause by donating “Food Distribution Van” to Akshaya Patra Foundation with a mission to help underprivileged children by providing them with a healthy, balanced meal that they would otherwise have to work.

Water Cooler  

Bestow Gokulpura School by Water Cooler to facilitate students with clean and safe drinking water.

Diwali Mela

 

A function to explore parivar members entrepreneur skills was organized with enthusiasm and zeal on October 22-23rd, 2010.

 

Wherein they demonstrated 23 different stalls consisting of Handicraft, Paintings, Kitchen items, Food Stalls, Games, Photography’s etc. were organized. Employees with their family & Gandhinagar inhabitants active participation was make out.

 

 A Premier showcase

 

Showcase Cinema Bum-Bum Bole was organized for employee’s children wherein they actively participated & had lots of fun. 

 

Visit to Gandhiasram

 

To groom & expose employees children a visit to Gandhiasram was organized on August 14th, 2010, wherein active participation of 44 kids was make out.

 

Diwali Pooja
 

On occasion of Diwali to wish Kapataru Parivar, organized a pooja on November 4th, 2010 in-house, to enrich the fun Kalpatarian’ s enlighten fire-crackers and lamp & greeted parivar members by distributing sweets across Organization

 

Sports Competition
 

To inspire & motivate employee’s children a sport competition was schedule on December 2nd, 2010.
 

Games like block game, frog race, balloon race, running race etc were played wherein active participation of 35+ children’s were found, winners were awarded with prizes.

 

 

Kalpataru Cricket Cup – 2010-11

 

Inter department cricket tournament with 12 teams representing various departments were formed & the tournament began on Dec. 19th 2010 with Zeal, enthusiasm & sportsman spirit.

 

Annual Function

 

Annual get together was planned on Jan 25th, 2011 at “Shanku’s Farm”, Kalpatarian across division participated with their family for the DJ & Dinner party.
 

To add to fun celebrities from “Laughter Challenge” & “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa” were invited for the evening; Internal Talent enthusiastically participated talent program. 
 

Besides this at annual ceremony, our capital was awarded with Long Service Awards for 25 & 15 years of association with KPTL. In all Annual function added memories to our existing Bank.

 

Examination Counseling & Meditation

Stress relief & confidence building session for staff children was organized on Feb 27th, 2011 @ 3:30 hours in-house by Library Committee.
 

Mr. Gaurang Thanki – Md. Psychiatry mentored the program, it emphasized on meditation & balancing state of mind during pre-examination phase. 38 children actively participated.
