Mitra (Buddy Program)

At KPIL, the Buddy Program, known as 'Mitra,' plays a crucial role in seamlessly integrating new team members to the organisation. We assign a Buddy on the first day of an employee's joining, which is communicated in our Joining circular across KPIL. After 60 days, we actively seek feedback on the Buddy's support.


Employee Bills of Right (EBR)

Employee on boarding is pivotal for a smooth transition into the organization. An effective on boarding process enhances new employees' sense of value, clarifies their roles, fosters early familiarity, and boosts productivity and engagement. KPIL has instituted the Employee Bills of Right (EBR) – an Employee-First process using an IT-enabled tool on Fusion (Success Factor), assessing the on boarding experience after 30 days.


SWAGAT

SWAGAT is a 2 days Employee Orientation Programme, specially designed for all new entrants. The objective is to introduce them with our vision, values and culture. The orientation program ensures that all new entrants are well information about various process / departments of the organization.

Coffee with HOD

Sharing a cup of coffee gives us a chance to learn important information about our self, our employees, our company and even our competitors. Employees get an opportunity to know each other in a more casual and relaxed environment.

Maan Ki Baat – Interaction with New Joiners

Interacting with the new entrants at regular intervals to provide necessary support and guidance required for smooth sailing within the organization. ‘Maan Baat’ focuses on concerns / suggestions / ideas, etc. the new entrant has to share.

Encouraging employees towards outstanding contribution to the organization and recognizing such efforts through rewards and appreciation.

Town Halls / Speak-Out Meetings

To bring an organization's employees and leadership team together to discuss various matters, receive updates, and engage in open communication. We conduct Townhall (Speak-Out) session Bi-Annually in person, virtually, or through a combination of both formats.

Town halls serve as a valuable tool for fostering communication, engagement, and collaboration within organizations and communities, creating a space for shared understanding and collective decision-making.

The meeting concludes with a presentation of awards for outstanding employees and recognition for teams that have achieved significant milestones.
